How We Operate:

Generally Through the Immigration Practitioner and Not Direct Representation

In the vast majority of cases, we prepare briefing on behalf of the client's existing immigration practitioner, and generally do not undertake direct representation other than in the Courts of Appeal.

This allows us to focus on what we do best; complex legal briefing, and allow the client to maintain their relationship with original immigration practitioner. The benefit for the client is that we can consequently prepare documents more quickly - and for a lower price - because we have lesser client contact.

The benefit for the immigration practitioner is that you can rely on the benefit of our expertise and where ethically appropriate, still share in the fee associated with the work.
